Thanks for the update. About a week ago, my lawyer send a request letter to B-INS asking about interview scheduling. No news yet.
 
Any more BAL Interview scheduled ???

Hi,

I guess there are no more guys with interview pending this month(I think I am correct). What about the rest of the 10 days in this month ?? Did anyone receive interview schedule early next month ?? If Baltimore intend to schedule early next month, people should start getting their interview notices pretty soon....

Anyone with May TD checked their status with BAL ?? I am june case, so I guess still has to wait for couple of more months.

GOD PLEASE GIVE ME PATIENCE....
 
INTERVIEW NEWS!!!

Friends,

After a long, painful, and half-insane wait I got an interview invitation letter today!!! Interview is scheduled for October 31 so I have only 12 days to prepare.

As some of you may have noticed from my previous post, my lawyer sent a letter requiesting explanation for the interview delay about a week ago. I wonder if this had any effect.

All May transferres, hurry home and check your mail boxes, all June transferees - smile - B-INS is moving again.

Please wish me luck, I need it.

How come you got Interview Letter through Lawyer. BINS supposed to send interview letter directly to home address. Am I correct?

I did not recive the mail yet as I have it on hold for a couple more days. The message from the lawyer was on my voicemail. I will check my mail and let you know if I received a direct letter also.

BTW are you a Baltimore transferee. If so please give details--Thanks

I got interview letter yesterday scheduled for 31 Oct. Any advise from the \'experts\' appreciated :)
Details: RD 10/00, ND 11/00, TD 05/17/01, Entered on System 05/25/01. EB2, RIR, Country - India.

Baltimore June Xferres!!!!!!

I think the cases for June transferres are still in the so called boxes.I dont know when they gonna breath the air of Baltimore INS
ffice.
Anastomosis the author of Baltimore thread has done great job and he as also got his interview scheduled.

Interview Notice

I got my interview notice today. Info: ND 12/00, TD 05/17/01, Case received at Baltimore INS 08/10/01(box date). For those who are still waiting, if you go to Baltimore, this is the question you should ask: When was my case transferred to some box at the Baltimore INS? You should get your interview notice within 10 weeks of that date. I was explained, that\'s the practice. If you remember me, couple of weeks ago, I had posted a message saying that all May transferees should get the notice during the week of Oct 22-27. If you already have not, you (May transferees) should get your notice within the next couple of days.
