Today one thread "Our Case Approved Yesterday " is really interesting and exciting. one Oct filer and one Nov filer got approved. Let's hope it is a true story.
We know that it took INS around 10 months to process I-485 case for quite a while, recently it lagged to 12 months. But the peak Jul and Aug have passed, INS is in the middle process of Sep filers, Oct and Nov have relative small size of filers. It is possible for INS to start Oct cases around 10/10. INS usually play some kind of game with us, pick several lucky ones who are 2 months later.
So we have reason to make a big guess that 10/10 the first Dec filer will be approved directly(not by interview).
If the parallel processing(Oct/Nov/Dec) is true, maybe the first lucky guy will come out earlier. Believe or not?
