Today one thread "Our Case Approved Yesterday " is really interesting and exciting. one Oct filer and one Nov filer got approved. Let's hope it is a true story.

We know that it took INS around 10 months to process I-485 case for quite a while, recently it lagged to 12 months. But the peak Jul and Aug have passed, INS is in the middle process of Sep filers, Oct and Nov have relative small size of filers. It is possible for INS to start Oct cases around 10/10. INS usually play some kind of game with us, pick several lucky ones who are 2 months later.

So we have reason to make a big guess that 10/10 the first Dec filer will be approved directly(not by interview).

If the parallel processing(Oct/Nov/Dec) is true, maybe the first lucky guy will come out earlier. Believe or not?

:)

you are such a day dreamer!

I know you're going to suffer soon. Be aware there are a lot JUL/AUG/SEP filers still there. It's not your turn yet, just step back and wait.

there always are some selfish person want to jump in the line

I've heard the 'parallel procsessing' creep since 5 months ago with all versions: AUG/SEPT, AUG/SEPT/OCT, SEPT/OCT etc., now is OCT/NOV/DEC. How about that: after OCT, NOV cases been all approved, INS will do parallel processing for all the left cases from Dec 01 to Dec02. Because INS always processing cases as reverse order, so the Dec02 filers have better chance been approved earlier than yours, do you happy?

I have waited 6 months for my140 approval, how many months you Dec filers waiting?

Kia,

It is not selfish or selfishless. not everyone update rupnet, they just fly away after approval. and we do know there are some Jul/Aug cases left, not only just that some May/Jun or earlier cases left also. But INS does thing in its way.

I do not know your status. If you have been waiting for I-140 for 6 months, I recommand you call IIO, a guy I knew just get his I-140 approval several days ago, it took his near 5 months.
