any idea what are all the states that need 1 yr of residency training for fmg's to obtain liscence in int med or family practice?
as i mentioned prevoiusly i am img on h-4 stuck in retrogression.my h visa limit of 6 yrs end in july 2011.by then i will just finish my residency.i have no time after that to look for a job for someone to sponcer my g.c.
what would be my available options?some say g.c can be filed after 2nd year of residency,but by then i am left with 365 days,or less which is not adequate as to get extentions one's g.c should be pending 365 or more.
so was wondering if any states give liscence after 1 yr.i may conserve max of 5 months in this period as i may go to my home country.
pls let me know my options.how are the opportunities out in real world.how hard it is for any one in my situation.
say after 6 yrs i go back home,and later if i come back as my spouse dependent will my issuing of h-4 be problem?as i will be a qualified doc and potential immigrant?later after i come on fresh h-4 will i get new 6 yrs of h-1?
