I have one year (Feb 11 2005) left before my h1b expires. Green card labor pending with State for more than 8 months and hence I will be able to extend my h1 as per ACT21, year after year,hoping GC laws dont change(Unlikely) . My Question is
If I apply for Canadian Immigration this week (before Feb 11 2004), do I still qualify on "Minimum 1 year valid visa from country
applying " grounds ?
Do they calculate min 1 year from date of application received or the day they start processing my application ?
