I hope you get my message. I sent a message to you but I couldn't find it in my sent box. So, I write again in here. I summitted it in Dec 2004. My legal assisstant said that my application is still in NBC. I can't believe that how come it can be still in there not Charlotte(DO). And also he said it's gonna take at least 15 months lately. I don't know what makes NC slow. According to newspapper, Charlotte DO doesn't have enough worker, so it must take more time. The weather is getting cold. keep warm yourself.

Thanks for the note goonbal. I just got a letter yesterday that my Green card interview will be on December 2, 2005. I'm so happy. It took 13 months for them to get back to me. NC might be slow because of lack of officers. I have a friend of mine in Jacksonville, FL that got his case approve under 6 months. Good luck to you all.
