Ginnu, thanks for your response for my earlier question.
I am falling short of 10 days for LC pending > 365 condition to apply for 7th year extension :-(.
HR department is looking for all options.
I understand that i can apply for a fresh H-1 after spending 1 year outside of US. Now my question is that is it mandatory to reside in Home country(India) during that period or can i work in any part of the world.
If it is not a mandatory then is it going to matter at the time when i apply for H-1 B (other than the reason that I might have to visit consulate in home country for better chances)
