Hi, guys, both my NIW and EB1A 140s were approved in TSC (efiled in 07/07) recently and today I got an email saying that my EB1A 140 was transfered to NSC for processing (while the NIW 140 is still in TSC as of now). What are they doing here? Anybody has experience? I hope they are trying to put our (NIW based)485s and 140 together and approve the 485s soon. Sounds too good to be true, huh? Thanks.
Here is the case: NIW & EB1A 140 efiled to TSC on 07/26/07 and approved on 05/23/08. Approval notices received. NIW based 485s filed to NSC in 08/07 (because we live in an NSC area).
