My LC was approved for BS and 4 years as Sr. Developer.
I had at the time of applying LC, only 3 years 11 months (not including the experience with my current employer). Also, I had have an additional 12 months as Developer with my current employer.
Would this cause me problem and reject the case? Please reply. I am confused whether I should start applying for LC again or go ahead with I-140.
