1 Approval from ND: 11/17/2001 (RFE Case)

Someone with ND 11/17/2001 got his/her approval on 01/27/2004. The earlier message for this person was "RFE Recvd" on 01/21/2004 (not sure which date "RFE sent" was).

Looks like if you reply to your RFE, you can expect your approval within a week!! Good luck to everyone who has gotten an RFE!!!

Looks like this is the only approval from 11/2001. Most of the cases being approved are from May to August.

Hi Bajis...

My ND is Nov. 2001

Looks like for the first time they touched my case also. I did my fp on Feb 26'2002 and they changed my online info on Mar 7'2002 about receiving. After 1 month due to some reason(online messaged chaged to previous state).

Yesterday again it changed to "FP" received message.

They have started working on November cases . .i guess.

A little bit anxious. Dont know, what RFE they will send. Changed job and the new job salary is less than what was mentioned in the Labor.

I will keep you updated.....

The last message change in my case was in Feb 2003.
Haven't heard anythign since. Changed address in Aug, 2003.
Unfortunately, it did not trigger anything. Just got a confirmation 2 weeks later.
