1-800 liason inquiry & infopass

guys , can you please post your experiences of the local transfer cases, how either of the enquiry help your case, in my local transfercase, the liason enquiry result just changed the message on the website to " we responded to your request" message, i have not made an infopass appointment yet, lets us keep this thread to see which one brings in more results, the 1-800 or infopass

I just wanted to findout how do u do the enquiry and the procedures. I have a case transferred to LOCAL NYC in July 2004, and it's been a year now, should I be doing the enquiry as well and can i do it myself without the lawyer's help.

my lawyer did it for me, but from what i hear in this forum that it is pretty simple when you call the 1-800 customer services, they will ask you if you want to open an liason inquiry
