~1,700 I-140 filed in the last 40 hours, assuming consecutive numbering for i-140. I efiled both NIW and EB1 in the last two days and SRC#s differ by ~ seventeen hundred.

Texas center is going to be flooded now with everyone rushing to save ~300$ per I-140
