My Friend Has A Pending Eb 1-485. She Has Committed Visa Fraud And Provided Some False Information On Her Immigration Application Form. Now, She Is Going To Marry A Us Citizen, Do You Think Her Previous Violations Be Forgiven By Marrying A Us Citizen? Any Ideas? Thanks.

If you can elaborate the misrepresentation, some one can answer.

There are waivers available for minor offenses and only be used at the director's request. ( You cannot contest in an appeals court for it.)

With the information you have provided, it seems likely that INS officials will ask you to provide information and hold a higher standard to establish legitamacy of your relationship. If you are unable to prove it, you could be deported by the govt. Contact a good attorney and use his advice.

Marrying an US citizen can provide some leeway and time, but that does not transform to "forgiving". Immigration court does not see an immigrant who is married to US citizen different way from other immigrants. Talk to a good immigration lawyer.
