I am currently out of status in this country and I don't work since I don't have the right to work. My spouse (a US citizen) is insisting that we get married. I'm hesitant because she is going to school and currently not working as well. Should it be we get married in such situation and go ahead to file 1-30 won't we have a problem with affidavit of support? or any of our relatives can file an affidavit of support for us?
