i'm new to this forum. my question is
if a naturalized citizen wants to apply 1-130 for her daughter who is older than 21 yrs and is currently in India,
a. how long does it take if the processing center is in california
b.can the mother herself give an affidavit as birth certificate is not available
c.does the naturalized citizen have to be residing in the US at the time of filing
d.once 1-130 is filed, can the daughter come to the US on a tourist visa?
