Hi Folks ,

My case approved yesterday 12/15/04 . Lud changed on 11/18/04 saying fp rcvd case resumed .Again changed 12/15/04 and case approved .Great B'day present for my self .Updated the 2003 tracker . :D :D :D :D :D

Enjoy... and change the title when you can to say ND in 03 instead of 04

Its your day Enjoy the Freedom "srikanti"... you were the guy who were talking about PD.. but i think your worries are over now.

A quick question srikanti, i have applied I-485 last year 11/07/03.. n given FP1 on 11/01/04...
If i didn't got approved this Year do i need to wait till the PD date become current.. Please put some light on this,,, the help is greatly appreciated..

There is lot of discussion going on the thread about Pd . My understanding is if your category is eb3 if your pd above 1/1/2002 you have to wait for the dates to become current .Pd is the date you file your labor .You can see that on your approved I140 .There are lot of theories . For substitute labor pd is the date when you file original labor .

Usics is processing cases very leniantly for last 6 months .I never felt that my case get rejected .Only thing i worrired is abt job as the market is too bad work as consulatant third party is near immossible .I worked 6 months this year and 4 months last year any RFE about pay stubs might have put me on plane to india .You take care about job rest will fall in place .
