Very sad friends... got RFE on this special day :(

I've met all requirements as per Labor, i.e Education, Skills and experience letters.. So one thing remaining is Company ability to pay. My company has 100 + employees.

Hoping the RFE is about ability to pay... I would like to make my self ready with all documents required.

Since I start working with them from October 2004 ( I month before applying i-140 using Sub. Labor)... what pay stubs/W2's do I need to provide to NSC?
Prviouos company pay stubs and W2 can be Ok?

Also... what is the approval time after we reply for RFE?? any one who approved after Jan- Feb RFE's???

Very sorry to hear about your RFE. Hopefully it's a minor one.

If it is regd Ability to pay, yr company should show the ability to pay from the date the labor was filed (PD). Since yours is a sub labor, from the PD of that labor date the proof needs to be shown.
Various documents and combinations can be used:
Company Audited financial statements
Profit loss statements
W2(from current company)-if W2 covers the labor mentioned salary
