Don't you know there were approvals for even April 03 ?. VSC used approve when they do preliminary check on concurrenly filed cases. Or a RFE at that time may get an early approval later.

Now a days we don't see any such approvals (but for any old RFEs). On the whole, VSC sucks as per I-140s are concerned.
