Just wanted to let you all know that I got approval emails for 140/485 (concurrently filed on 03/04) today.

All you 03/04 guys out there, keep the faith, it will happen soon.

Thanks to everyone in this forum for your support, it has been an unforgettable and LONG(!) journey.

Stupid question...How come it took them so long to process your case>>>Some lucky people are getting it within a couple of month...did you get any RFEs...

MY RD is OCT-2004 and haven't heard anything yet?
 
Like I said..it was a LONG/unlucky? process. Yeah it was sort of unlucky...

I got an RFE on 140 (ability to pay, taxes etc). Approval happened within a month of the RFE. Hopefully you will get yours soon. Good luck
 
First of all Congratulation for seeing the light at the end of the long tunnel.
Also, Can you tell if yours was own labor of sub-lobor. Mine is sub labor around that time and this really gives me some hope.

Congratualtions Once again and enjoy your freedom.

I am waiting too.

Subs. labor (I think it was around 1999).
Not concurrent.
I140 (RD/ND 3/31/04), LUD 3/16/05, No RFE as far as I know.
Lawyer sent a formal inquiry on 3/8/05 (may be LUD reflects that).
No answer yet. Should I wait until 5/16/05 to call USCIS?
