02-041-ers, anyone sent fax inquiry ?

The JIT report for 485 has moved beyond the RD/ND for 02-041-xxxx number and older numbers.

Did anyone send a fax inquiry ? If so, what was the response ?

INS clearly states that 30 days has to pass after JIT date.

You should consider JIT date as an indicator that all cases filed prior or on that date are assigned to officercs. Thus, if your case was not completed within 30 days after passing JIT, you can start faxing...
For 02-041 guys, it would be November 15th since the last JIT was issued on October 15th.
