01/01 ND ----Lawyer talked to CSC

Hi,
RD 12/19 ND 01/11 PD 6/99 WAC 01-074-x FP: 3/7 AP/EAD received
My lawyer talked to CSC on Friday and I believe that my case is still not assigned to an officer. CSC is supposed to get back with my lawyer on my case. Lawyer plans to fax them details about my case too.
Does anyone (12/00 or 01/01) know if their case has been assigned to an officer??

We\'ve seen a few cases approved with ND\'s in January, which means some have been assigned to officers already.

WAC-01-072-xxxxx, FP 3/8/01, EAD 2/28, AP 2/28, PD (8/00, other)
my case is not assigned either ...

How do you know your case has not been assigned either?
Have you called INS?

My ND is 01-16, WAC -01-077-xxxxx and FP 03-03-2001
and i am in the same boat.

case was still pending...not assigned to officer

I have asked my lawyers to enquire as well.
Pls post anything that ur lawyers find out.

Did the IIO tell your lawyer which ND cases they were processing ??

Nope. Looks like the IIOs are taking a break before taking the next lot!!
