When some one goes on vacation without pay then does company provides $0.00 pay stub or it is not necessary.

What does this mean.... company should keep u on payroll even if they dont pay u.

That shouldn\'t be called "vacation" strictly speaking. You might need to submit a company letter to explain the situation, if a RFE is requested

As I said, if the non-pay period is short, it might be OK. But if there are several months of that, then you might need a letter to explain the situation if requested.
