The "One Big Beautiful Bill Act", which has passed the House of Representatives, imposes a fee, not less than $250, on any alien who registers for the diversity immigrant visa program .

For anyone not wanting to doublecheck this. This makes no sense if it won't increase the chances of getting selected lol. Money grab.
