Hello,

I entered through Mexico in January 2024. And in this process, I started my asylum procedures. SSN and Work Permit and the Real ID of the province I am in have.

I had my first hearing on March 25, 2025. However, my hearing was postponed 2 weeks before my hearing and I don't know why. What do you think my situation will be? Is this a bad thing for me?

Welcome to the world of waiting!
My hearing was postponed multiple times, and I also moved to a few different places and changed venue as well.

My entire process started in 2018 and finished in 2024.
In which city is your court located?

Do you know about the Charlotte courts? What is its intensity? Will they give me the final court before I go to my first hearing?

Sorry I don't.
If I were you I would move from NC. NC, Georgia, Texas etc are extremely difficult to win your case in court.
Consider moving to New York or San Francisco Immigration Court areas.

I mean there's easy and difficult judges in every jurisdiction but North Carolina I'd personally avoid.
