    Better to wait for the acknowledgement of H4 extension or go back to India and get it stamped when H4's I94 expired?

    My spouse's I-94 expired on May 14th, and I applied for H4 extension on premium on May 10th, but unfortunately it was rejected stating that "Phoenix lock box is not for premium processing" and when I looked at USCIS website in details, there is no premium process for H4 extension.
