unmarried child over 21

I am italian and the the beneficiary of a I 130 petition through my dad who is a green card holder in California. I'm unmarried and over 21. It was January 2020 and haven't heard a bit. Is this normal? Should I have been contacted at this point at least to know if it's approved? Thanks to...
