Dui on TN "Status"
It is my understanding that non citizens are having their Visa'a prudentially revoked for DUI charges by DOS. With Canadians not requiring a "VISA" in TN status, have any had their status revoked or has anyone heard of this happening ? If so..what agency contacted you ? and was it thru ICE...
