Do I have the immediate right to work once I receive my immigrant Visa?
Do I have the right to work once my application is approved and I receive my immigrant Visa (applying from outside the US)? In other words, can I be hired by a company from outside of the US or do I need to enter and receive my SS card first?- Ecu88
