n400 reapply

Hello, My mom got N400 application denial with reason of not meeting continous residency requirements due to incorrect dates filed in N 400 form accidently. Denial notice tells she can reapply after 4 years 1 day from date of return from absent notice. Need guidance should we wait for that...
