H1b Denied - Litigation in progress
My H1b was denied and later my employer filed a lawsuit against USCIS(IT Serve vs USCIS), but the case is pending since then. I came back to India. The lawsuit is pending decision from the court and not sure how long it will take. In the meantime can i refile the H1b Petition while the court...- manne85
