Hi, I got my B1/B2 VISA in 2007 from Chennai, India consulate. At that time the finger scan was not done (I think that was not a part of the process back then). I am travelling in November 2016. My question is do I need to get the finger scan done? If yes, can I do it in UAE ( my residence...
