    Urgent! Asylum granted, but haven't applied for Green Card. Now married to Us Citizens

    Hi, My asylum is granted more than a year ago, so I'm technically eligible for a green card but meanwhile I am married to a US citizen. Can I file 485 through marriage rather than as asyle. WHY? Because waiting time for GC through asylum is 26-40 months while through marriage is 6-8 months...

    Good morning. I work in a immigration law office we have never had an affirmative asylum case granted, they are always referred to court and after a good defense they have been approved. I would like to know if people who have had approved affirmative asylums can send me samples or examples...
