asylum divorce

I have got my asylum status. But the problem is, my wife want to get divorce with me, and she is in China. So i have to delegate a attorney in China to help me to get divorce. And in order to do that, I have to go to Chinese Embassy in US to fill a form and get their authentication on that form...
