apply us citizenship and change address!!

I am eligible for US naturalization / citizenship, after filing the US citizenship can I move to different state or better to wait until moving to new address. Due to some reasons my moving planned and will definitely move to Dallas area in Sep 2016, but do not wants to apply that time because...
