It has been told that USCIS is anticipating that the 20000 H1b cap will be reached on the first day of opening (May 12, 2005). If that happens, CIS will accept more applications one more day (May 13, 2005) and resort to a computerized lottery system to issue new H1-B including "upgrade"...- mbrane
