Re - I140 Case approved Email received. But online case status shows "Process resumed It is because of software glitch at TSC. i submitted online PP I140 labor sub on friday, today lawyer got an email saying approved, when called TSC,they said it is in Review and s/w is sending an emails.

might be a software glitch it is happening to efiled cases

mine is also WITHDRAWN i am also with Withdrawn status, my PERM labor is certified on 07/05. Is there any body(whose perm is also approved) whose application's status has changed. from withdrawn to data review,in process,certified?
