Hi, Thanks for the useful information. In my case, I have a H1-B and I-94 till 2008 (stamping has expired). My wife got her status changed from B1 to H4 here. Her I-94 is also valid till 2008. So, she still has not stamped H4. My question is: Can I change employer with this situation...
