Can I attend VISA Interview at otherthan my home Country
I think i better suggest to go to your home country and apply for visa. They may say to go to your home country if you goes to stamping in Germany. Thanks- batchu_doc

h4 to h1 conversion
I am planning to bring my wife on h4 from india. After bring on h4 can i convert her to h1 immediately. Please suggest me when 2006 quota is going to complete? What are documents needed for h4 stamping in chennai. Thanks- batchu_doc
