My ND changed to 3/23/06 too
I got the transfer notice in mail today as well. And I also notice the Notice Date is 3/23/06. But I think it is the notice date for the transfer notice. Hopefully TSC will not use that date to track the processing. My 485 received at CSC on 9/29/05 and notice date...
janga,
My case is also skipped but my lawyer is not very helpful and always claim my case is transferred to BEC and in unopened box while my RD is 4/24/03 and should be in SF DOL.
Do you know how does your attorney contact the SF DOL? I want to push my attorney to do it for me.
Thanks.
I have already asked the same question to my lawyer but they said at this point, they don't know anything about this. Whenever they get further information from BEC or DOL, they will let me know.
I think my case number is 09560599 and my dot code is 151-031. My PD is 6/6/02 and SF DOL RD is 4/24/03.

PD 4/24/03. And in January I checked with my lawyer to confirm where my case was, she said it should be in SF DOL since my PD is before May 2003 but yesterday she sent me an email to say that my case is transferred to BEC. Don't know what SF DOL is doing
April 2003 SF DOL cases are transferred to BEC
I just got an email from my lawyer that my case SF DOL PD 4/24/03 was transferred to BEC center recently. She said "Now, all matters are being transferred to backlog reduction centers." Is anyone on the same boat as me? I still see cases were...
