xyr888, Yes. I got LUD on both I-140 and I-485 without any changes in messages. FYI, My family and I all had the LUD on our cases on 04/22/05. As to ND, I'm afraid I don't know what ND stands for. After April 22nd, I have not had any LUD. I hope it doesn't mean anything disappointing. Regards
