H1B Extension after 6 Years
No Title Hi, I am currently on an H-1 visa, and according to the 6-yr rule, it is due to expire in Sep 2002. But I got my last extension till Sep 2003. I am not sure if this is a mistake or a new law, and if there will be any legal complications if I stayed on till Sep 2003. Thanks in advance...- Sushmit mazumdar
