My guess is that BEC is approving cases based on the 45 day receipt letter date. My 45 day receipt date is March 15, 2005 and based on these trends, I expect to get my Labor approved by end of Feb or Beg of March 2006 I am totally in the dark as my attorney refuse to divulge the case number...

Hello Pavan: I know a friend of mine whose PD was Aug 2000 and his case got approved a few months back i.e. Oct 2005. My lawyer confirmed that they had sent back the 45 days letter on March 14, 2005. I will keep you posted.
