Same here. My PD is Feb, 2003, it's EB2 RIR CA case. 45 Day letter replied on Jan 5, 2005. No approval yet.

BEC did receive the 45-letter response. According to my lawyer, they received a letter from BEC on March 2005 with the new case #. A couple of months ago, my lawyer requested a screen shot and the case status on it is "Data Review"
