How many days max. h1b person can stay in US ?
Hi, Has anybody send me some link where it is shown that how many days a h1b person can stay in US in case he lost his job.? I heard different versions from 15 days to 180 days..can some one pl. confirm. Will it create any problem while processsing GC in future. regards- guyonh1b

Traveling to Home country on previous employer visa stamp
My status is H1 and my wife's status is H4.Both I and my wife got our visas stamped with company A. And it is valid upto 2007. I have left company A and joined company B. I have new H1b/H4 approval notice for new employer B . Now if we go to India for vacation will it be necessary to...- guyonh1b
