Saam, Me too got filed from NH on 11/06/2004. My employer told that State Labor got cleared and moved into Federal. RK.

I called Boston DOL today morning. They said that they are processing mid of Jan'05 cases and they will be processing till the year end. Hope your will be cleared in couple of months.
