Thanks for the reply. - I had a valid H1B (797) untill 2010, but did not have a visa stamped in my passport. - This year in August I went to India for about 6 weeks and during my re-entry to USA in POE i showed them my EAD/AP Does this invalidate my H1B (797) ?

My EAD is expiring in Jan '09 and I am planning to renew online. Are there any pros & cons in applying renewal online vs. sending them through lawyer ? What are the urls where I can apply for my EAD renewal
