Hi Folks, While my Dad was on Green Card he applied for my immigration petition in 1998 but my Dad passed away in Aug,2003. Rather than revoking my petition, I requested USCIS to transfer the same petition to my mother who is a Citizen now.After some correspondence with USCIS, I got a reply...- amanmalhotra
