i do got the RFE Friends, I also joined in RFE club. I filled my 140/485 in April, 04. I got email on 06/09 and Next day my attorney got the letter. Employment history, employer letter, W2's and medical. I didn't done my medical previously. Thanks., GCPAPA

you can work First of all, u will get the EAD with in two months. If you have the receipt notice for EAD renewal, you can continue working. I came across this situation and my employer asked the proof of EAD renewal (receipt notice) to continue to work.

Today, I called the 1800 nuber and they told me to send a letter to the corresponding Application support center for rescheduling. They are not re-scheduling through phone. today I send the letter to ASC and need to see what will happen.
