The point is you could file I485 & EAD once PD moves forward. No matter if it moves back, you have gotten what you need.

I do not expect it becomes "current" at all, and just hope it comes back previous position. No big hope, no big disappointment. :(

Consider spouses and kids who will not take visa numbers, the useful visa number will be actually doubled. :)

I do not know their case #, but RD is 4/11/2003.

I heard some skipped cases at SF received re-test market letters. So be patient. They are slowly moving now. :)

I did not find any "remand cases" recently. Only certified or skipped. MAybe it is a small good news. :)

You know I did not expect they reached 4/21 cases so fast. It looks like many previous cases were skipped. Sometimes, they come back to clear them before process new cases. But it is strange recently. :confused:
