Kansas Sesa/perm Issues
Anyone filing for labor under PERM from Kansas? My employer says that prevailing wages are still not available in kansas and they cannot start puttiung ads in the paper until the prevailing wages are available. Is anyone facing similar situation in KANSAS? Thanks
