Unpaid volunteering/internship on H4?
Hi all, I have a US masters and am currently on an H4. I have an offer from a company willing to do my H1. They can apply for the 20,000 quota but until the date of application is announced can I work for them on an unpaid volunteer or unpaid internship basis? Is that legal?- kheerni
